WEEKLY HIRE - WHOLE VILLA
Weekly hire for exclusive use of the entire villa with a sleeping capacity of 9, including two double ensuite bedrooms on the first floor and two ensuite double bedrooms on the lower floor with an extra single bedroom.
Top floor - One large living room, large kitchen fully equipped with cookware and basics like teabags, coffee, pasta, olive oil, cooking spices such as cumin, paprika and many other spices etc… Top floor bathroom, spare room with ironing board and single bed.
Two ensuite bathrooms on the top floor, the master bedroom being the largest.
Bottom Floor / basement - One large living room with kitchenette. Two further large ensuite bedrooms, one with a bath, both with showers. One further small toilet to serve the lower living space. Machine room with the washing machine ( fabric detergent / conditioner provided).
Private swimming pool and private grounds around villa.
Villa weekly hire £2,000 / €2300 ( stay 7 nights)
Cleaning fee £350 / €400
Deposit of £500 / €500 which will be refunded after inspection
Limited basic essential grocery shopping to be placed within the villa for your arrival of 10- 20 items can be provided for a fee of £60, shopping items up to £40 , delivery fee £20.
An extra sofa bed can be provided upon request, if needed.
Once your payment has been processed we will book your date upon our calendar and get in touch via email with information concerning address, directions and access details.
Booking is fully refundable if cancelled up to 30 days before the check-in date. If bookings are cancelled within one week of the date we will keep 80% of the booking charge. Deposit will be returned after 2-3 days when an inspection has been made and there are no damages. If bookings are cancelled within one week of the date we will keep 80% of the booking charge.
